We dispatch all our items the next working day after payment has been received (cleared, (not e-cheques)). Cheques will have to be cleared before items are sent out, this usually takes 5-7 days once we have received the cheque, and these will be dispatched the next working day once payment has cleared. Items are normally sent out on a 48hr service.
All e-cheques take approx. 10-12 days to clear, you will receive an email from paypal stating this, please check this email to ensure that the correct payment has been sent.
We do not dispatch over the weekend period, we dispatch Mondays to Fridays (inclusive, (but excluding bank holidays)) All items are dispatched by APC If you make a purchase from us, we would like you to purchase more items from us. For this we will offer a postage discount of £3.50 for EVERY additional item purchased from us on the same invoice, which will be edited on your invoice.
